Nenad Milovanović

Nenad Milovanovic, LLB was admitted to Belgrade Bar Association in 1987. Nenad is specialized in the domain of corporate and commercial law, copyright/IP protection and privatization related legal issues. His extensive experience in representing clients comes from handling a large number of individual cases throughout the court jurisdictions of the former Yugoslavia. As a member of the Fraud Network his areas of special interest are business investigations, forensic and investigative services. He acted as a legal consultant to the Ministry of Culture and Serbian Film Centre in the legal drafting procedures. Nenad has a special experience in selection, formation, organization and management of teams of lawyers adapted to needs of clients and specific needs of the assignment. Number of teams of lawyers were operating under Nenad’s management on different projects, while more than 30 trainee lawyers were trained and prepared for independent work during his professional career.
