Aleksandar Simic, LLM has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 1987. Aleksandar is specialized in the domain of public law, constitutional and administrative law, commercial law and civil procedure. He obtained the LLM degree in comparative constitutional law at the Central European University in Budapest and New York University in 1996. In 2001 Aleksandar was the first ever member of the Serbian Bar to become the judge of Federal Constitutional Court. He served as the Chief Legal Adviser to Prime Minister of Serbia in the period 2004 to 2008 and legal advisor in the Ministry of Justice.
